Last 17 November 2016, Korean visual artist Haegue Yang held her first public talk in the Philippines. Organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art and Design, the talk explored the artist’s process and inspiration leading to her most recent development with various form of sculptures by introducing exhibitions, including Quasi-Pagan-Minimal in New York and Quasi-Pagan-Serial in Hamburg as well as Lingering Nous at Centre Pompidou, Paris.
The talk is part of MCAD Platforms, a combination of research and event-based activities and talks by curators, artists, scholars, and experts geared towards a mature public.
