About the Book: The book is the first collection of essays by Roces who has written extensively about craft, art, museology, cultural theory and politics, generating a body of work that is sustained and unrelenting in its commitment to critique. With an introduction by Indian dramaturg Rustom Barucha, and Foreword by Dr. Elena Mirano, the collection presents 43 essays from 1974 through to 2018. The limited-edition book is co-published with ArtAsiaPacific Foundation.
About the Author: Marian Pastor Roces is an independent curator and critic whose enduring research interests include international arts events, museums, identity politics, cities, and clothing. She is the founder and principal of TAO, Inc., a museum and exhibition development corporation.”
